Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Baseline Media LLC ("we") handles personal information on yourdomain.com. It's written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. If you complete the quiz and choose to submit it, we receive the answers you selected and, if you enter one, your email address. The quiz answers are lifestyle and dietary questions, and they include a screening question about conditions that make fiber supplements unsuitable. We treat those answers as sensitive.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the time of your visit.

Advertising identifiers. If you arrived from an ad, the click identifier appended to the link (for example Google's gclid, wbraid or gbraid) and any campaign tags in the URL.

We do not ask for and do not want your name, postal address, date of birth, payment details or government identifiers. If you send those to us in an email, we delete them.

2. Why we collect it

To produce your summary. Your quiz answers generate the result page and, if you asked for it, the emailed version.
To send you email. Only if you ticked the consent box. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To measure advertising. We match click identifiers to purchases reported by the seller so we know which ads worked. This is measurement, not profiling — we do not build advertising audiences from your health-related answers, and we do not upload your email or quiz answers to any advertising platform.
To operate and secure the site, including detecting abuse and diagnosing faults.

Where consent is the legal basis, you can withdraw it at any time. Where it isn't, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and measuring the site, balanced against your interests.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and only what each one needs:

Hosting and analytics providers, which process server logs and usage data.
Our email provider, which stores your address and sends the messages you opted into.
Affiliate networks and sellers. When you click through to a product, we pass an anonymous click identifier so the sale can be attributed to us. We do not pass your email address or your quiz answers.
Advertising platforms, which receive the click identifier and the fact that a purchase occurred. They do not receive your quiz answers.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary to make the site work, plus measurement cookies that tell us whether an ad led to a purchase. Third-party advertising platforms may set their own cookies when you arrive from an ad.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser and platform settings, and through the industry tools at the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

5. How long we keep it

Quiz answers and click data: up to 24 months, which covers the attribution window our advertising platforms use, then deleted.
Email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, plus a short suppression record so we don't email you again by accident.
Server logs: up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address the request relates to, so we don't hand your data to someone else. We won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.

7. California residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may still submit a request at [email protected], and you may use an authorised agent.

The health-related answers you give in the quiz may qualify as sensitive personal information. We use them only to generate your summary and never to build advertising audiences.

8. Children

This site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, write to [email protected] and we'll delete it.

9. Security and international transfers

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to the small number of people who need it, and keep only what we need. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't claim ours is. Our providers are based in the United States, so if you're outside the US your information will be processed there under appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes and contact

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for material changes we'll say so on the homepage. Questions go to:
